I shouldn’t be writing this post, I should be following my own advice and doing something far more important. Unfortunately, I’ve made a side career out of sharing my lessons with anyone who’s willing to read my articles and can’t stop. This article was inspired by my need to improve revenue and cashflow at Anvil after making significant investments in talented new team members.
