Every year when my birthday rolls around, I think about when my dinner was ruined by Red Robin. As a faithful customer for over 30 years, every good memory came to a screeching halt from a 5-minute conversation with a manager who probably doesn’t even work there now.
I was taken back. From my own perspective, my childhood spot was going down like the Titanic. It was going down, and not in a good way.
Since I was all about blogging, I wrote about how Red Robin ruined my birthday because of a $10 cheeseburger. When I look back at this event, I’m so happy they did jack up my special day. As a young still budding entrepreneur there were some lessons for me to learn.
