How to Become a Social Entrepreneur|Step 2 – Partner or Create

By this time, you’re probably feeling overwhelmed with information. From your research, you have found unique opportunities, the feelings of both fear and excitement are pumping through your veins, or could be at a standstill from your original idea. Depending on the idea, you now have to decide to either go with you original plan of creating an organization or partnering with an existing cause.

From my experience, I’ve learned to follow your heart with this decision. To either partner or create a business will be one of the most important decision in your career. No pressure, right (in my sarcastic voice)?! This isn’t an overnight decision, but I wouldn’t go longer than a week. Imagine your immediate world with the impact of your contribution at its highest peak of performance and authenticity, and you’ll know which path to take.

Therefore, believe in your vision. Whatever you envision to be the best all around is your answer. Don’t have a sleepless night because you made the wrong decision, but because you did what was right.

REMEMBER- To learn how to become a Social Entrepreneur, be careful of the advice you receive. Make sure it’s uplifting, empowering and constructive. If you stay focused on the results, you’ll accomplish the goals you set for yourself and/or your cause.

I write this because my business is personal. My struggles are for your gain. No strings attached.
