How to Grow Your Business Managing Online Reviews

I’m not a huge online shopper, but when I do reviews are a huge part of it. I probably peruse over 15 to 20 reviews from 5-stars to 1-star, and that’s on the first site. After two to three more consumer platforms, I go thru another 10 to 20 reviews. Lastly, I like to see it in person depending on the product.

It’s not for everything I buy, but something I could have buyer’s remorse that’s one of my processes. To shop online is difficult because I don’t have the immediate gratification of walking away with it. On the contrary, it can also work to my benefit.

The worst part of going to the store and they don’t have it. Even though their site states they have it at that location, nothing is there. Those experiences push me more and more to an online shopping experience. Hence, why I look at reviews.
